FAQs
The frame is designed for 4″x 6″ photos but can accommodate 5″x 7″ photos too. Some non-standard size photo printouts can work as well but just make sure the photo is larger than the photo opening window in the matt.
This is up to you and also depends on the configuration you choose. If you want to use the ‘heartfelt message’ or ‘hang a memory’ configurations then only portrait photos should be used. With both collar configurations you can use landscape or portrait photos. TIP: Make sure you assemble the backboard in the right orientation to your photo so it mounts or hangs to match your photo.
We designed the frame with two collar-mount matt options so it is not a jack-of-all-trades and master of none. Our two matts for mounting collars accommodate nearly every single collar size and type. Unfortunately we have been through the pain of losing a beloved pet, our cute boxer dog friend Bailey. We wanted a way to remember him nicely and found nothing as nice as what we have designed. We also know that many people would like options of how to memorialize a pet, especially if giving as a gift to grieving friend, so building in multiple configurations was a big goal of our design
